Hospice Care

IN OUR DEDICATED HOSPICE HOME- there is no substitute for the comfort of family and touch.

Wrenching stories highlight the emotional shortcomings of hospital care for some patients as they face death and end of life care. In Angel hearts dedicated hospice home, we can help patients and families find a better way to say goodbye.

Increasingly in this crisis families are turning to hospice to bring patients home safely. Here at Angels Hearts we are trained to prevent the spread of disease, to protect patients and their families as well as themselves.

Under the  ‘no visitation’ rules of the pandemic,

a dedicated hospice home is ideal, patients will receive 24-hour hospice care and family visits.

Much has changed for the world with the pandemic and hospice too has had to make adjustments. With the  corona virus pandemic, we do what we do best: protect patients to the best extent possible. Our goal is to make sure patients and their families have the most meaningful end-of-life care and experience possible.

The pandemic changes have not changed the core of our mission, that remains the same. Connecting our patients with their families and helping them make a dignified end to life’s journey surrounded by love will always be our goals.

While each hospice has its own visitation rules,  patients and families should find out about them before making their decisions, Angel Heats remain committed to easing pain and discomfort during this time of need, while providing emotional and spiritual support, and having loved ones around is a key component.
